Another great benefit we have is available on the internet Creately, a tool that facilitates online creation of various types of diagram (Venn, Foda, database design, mockups, etc.).

Creately allows the editing of diagrams in collaborative mode, this is by inviting other users to work on this project. Some examples can be found here.

Creatly the advantage over the other services I have tried is the large number of diagrams available as a template, plus the ability to upload images of my own clipart and share / collaborate on the same graph.
